===ダイのスキャン定義===
Die scanning works the same as all the other scanning steps, but it has an intermediate definition step with which the user can decide to either use the Multi die plate (default choice) or to mark a custom die scan setup.ダイのスキャンはその他のスキャンと同じように動作しますが、マルチダイプレート（デフォルト）を使用するか、カスタムのダイスキャン設定をマークするか選択できる中間の定義手順が追加されます。
