付属品について

オープンテクノロジーのNeWayスキャナーには、基本の付属品が付いています。特定の要件によっては、その他の付属品を利用することもできます。

基本キット

基本キットはすべてのスキャナーに付属しており、基本キットのケースにはモデルホルダー、マルチダイホルダー、キャリブレーションキット、リファレンスリム、咬合器プレートが入っています。

モデルホルダー

モデルホルダーは、顎などのオブジェクトをスキャナー内部に設置できるメインのサポートです。モデルホルダーの上にオブジェクト置くことで、スキャン時の位置が最適な状態になります。

モデルホルダーを清潔な状態に保ち、黒い状態にしておくことが重要です。こうすることで、スキャン取得段階中にモデルホルダーとオブジェクトが干渉しにくくなります。

マルチダイホルダー

マルチダイサポートを使用して、1回のスキャンで複数の支台歯を取得できます。位置の情報は後でソフトウェアによって自動的に認識されます。

マルチダイを清潔な状態に保ち、黒い状態にしておくことが重要です。こうすることで、スキャン取得段階中にマルチダイとオブジェクトが干渉しにくくなります。

キャリブレーションキット

測定値はxmlファイルで保存され、すべてのキットに固有のxml記述ファイルがあります。

キットの取扱いには十分注意し、平らな表面を触れないようにして下さい。表面に傷や汚れが付いたりすると、キャリブレーションシステムが不安定になることがあります。

リファレンスリム

リファレンスリムは基準点を提供するもので、スキャンプロセス中の寸法精度を高めることができます。大部分のオブジェクトで寸法精度は確保されますが、小型の金属製オブジェクト（金属製のアバットメントなど）やその他の難しい材料などをスキャンする場合、リファレンスリムを使用することで結果・安全性がさらに高まります。

咬合器プレートでは十分な直径幅を確保できるので、あらゆる種類の咬合器をNeWayスキャナーでスキャンできるようになります。

ダイナミックアーティキュレーションモジュール

ダイナミックアーティキュレーションモジュールを使用するには、特別なサポート（キャリブレーションキーおよびサポートされる咬合器に対応する咬合器専用ホルダー）が必要となります。
